I am 65 years old and have a myriad of health problems that have affected me for many years. I came to Owen because he was different from the other traditional chinese medicine practitioners(TCM) that I had used in the past that just worked on alleviating symptoms. I learned so much about acupuncture that I never knew before because they believe in educating you not just treating you. Owen works on balancing your body and strengthening the organs. I have noticed a great improvement in my energy level and also a great improvement in my circulation over all. No more puffy eyes, arms, legs or ankles when I wake up in the morning. I no longer feel like the Pillsbury dough boy every morning. I also have noticed a great reduction in joint pain, nose bleeds and headaches that I had just learned to live with.
I feel Owen really wants to help people improve their lives. His wife, Molly, who works with him is very helpful in educating you also. I am so glad I found this center it has truly made a big difference in my life. I appreciate people who are honestly interested in making my life better and not just putting a bandage on to mask the symptoms. I would recommend Owen and the Acupuncture Medical Center to anyone who seriously wants to feel better. He is not like the medical Doctor who will give you a pill that you have to take everyday for the rest of your life that has extreme side effects and doesn’t cure anything. If that is what you want keep going to your Doctor but if you want to truly regain a working and healthy body give them a try. You’ll be glad you did.
